so many people say nothing happens. so much does you just have to pay attention which i understand may not be fun at some moments, but nearly every frame of this movie has a purpose. whether its the development of the woman or the disturbing still shots of the aftermath of something. it's all there.

One of the worst films I've seen in 71 years. She has sex with a man with The Elephant Man's disease? And he leaves and walks home ballocks (Brit) naked .

You know I can see somebody asking some questions that might make somebody feel uncomfortable I get that... What I don't get is her playing this game how she didn't like to be sexualized in some fashion, and yet she'll take on a roll like the 2014 movie that probably nobody even heard of called under the skin... In this movie Scarlett Johansson spends most of her time drawing men in with the hopes of sex into this house that was filled with some black dark liquid she would get naked walk through the house they would follow one after one she would get naked walk through the house and they would follow and they...

So this movie she spent a fair amount of the time naked throughout the movie... She did not have a problem doing this role she got paid for it!!

This movie was boring and not creepy at all. I suppose that if you were in the right frame of mind and have lots of time to burn, this would be entertaining or enjoyable. This was by far the worst movie I’ve seen since the Tree of Life. It’s not even visually entertaining. Clearly a lot of people liked it so I guess I am missing something. Concept not bad but lacks a decent plot. It just sort of drifts around playing with different themes.

This is the worst movie I’ve seen in a long time. Also they abuse Scarlett’s body as a draw for the movie. The pacing is terribly slow and the big reveal is not very exciting. It’s a 1/10, please do not watch

Good movie, but the book did a FAR better job of hiding and later revealing the twist.

I went into this movie reading all these comments on here and other places on how good this movie was and how scary it was. Honestly this movie felt like a waste of my time it was super boring, weird and not scary at all hereditary and midsommar did more for me than this piece of trash

I turned the movie on and made it in four minutes.
I just wanted to say that whoever the geniuses who thought that this first four minutes didn't deserve ending up on the cutting-room floor is in their own special category of more on. Probably, that is being too kind, perhaps Stew Pid is more like it. The first four minutes lasted for four thousand years and I have never been more irritated in my life. Whoever picked that sound to go along with that visually impotent cinematic display of ignorance, not only compelled me to turn it off, but shockingly has sucks all the joy out of my life in any desire to watch any other movie now and forever.
I would highly recommend that everybody skip ahead 4 minutes because if anyone is depressed or suicidal this will surely push them over to the edge.
I would have loved to been in the meeting before the final edit just so that I could witness for myself what pure organic ignorance looks like in real time.
