I don't know if other states get this milk, but I'm lactose intolerant & I can drink Lactaid Milk. Lactaid Milk is lactose free. The Lactaid brand even has ice cream. 😊

There’s a way you can still eat dairy/milk my dad always does it
1. Go to Walgreens and there is lactaid/lactose intolerant pills
2. Take 4-5 before you eat dairy/milk and then you won’t have to deal with multiple bathroom breaks!
