Wow! Ive been seriously getting into meditation over the last month. Of course its very difficult to get going, but once I did I focused on chakra meditation. Ive been having wonderful results slowly going through them all. I started listen more to things like this and they help so much. Im 35 and all my life I never realized that apparently I dont have an imagination. When I close my eyes I cant picture things in my head like other people apparently can. About a year ago I was trying to mediate with some success and I for the first time SAW something with my imagination with my eyes closed. I realized that must be what everyone else has been talking about. I cant always do it and when I do the intensity varries. Over the last month ive been seriously devoting time to it and like I said before the results have been unbelievable. Last night after I had a great chakra meditation I wanted to keep going so I switched to this and I was getting some stronger more detailed imagination visual things lol. And theyre finally starting to get good. Honestly usually I see demons and evil entities. I tried to say something verbal/mental/energy and it seemingly worked but I realized the "positive" vibe and visuals were forced, fake, and just not real. It instantly switched back to the demons. Theyve spoken to me. But last night with this i saw myslef sitting on the floor meditating like I was from a top down view. And I saw 2 long swirly black muscular demon arms holding me from behind but then they let go and slid back out of view. I felt so much better after. And for the rest of the night. And for the day up to and including now. Im not saying I completely took care of the negative energy yet, but wow that was a huge step. Unbelievable. Thank you.

Well Anthony! I''d like to report my observations thus far. It's Evening now and I was peeling apples outdoor all day, so I like to keep that good clean dirt on me. I ended up taking a luxurious sound bath, then I went to Egypt during the reign of Tutenkahmen, who told me he did not know and died too young, but hinted that I should know, and go back to the bath and find out for yourself, So I thought it was a funny interaction but I agreed, because why would an old hippie ask me a thing like that? No reverence for even Pharoahs, that one. So Tut was saying he always found it odd how people think. So do I. And I did nd another soundbath. It looked sort of like a suntan machine with you in there just floating on a bunch of deep massage healing auric rays. I came to suspect that some of the tones used here were used to move pyramids and that Mr. Sommer should get the Nobel Peace prize for such a masterpiece!
