Nyc ain’t what it used to be. Feb went from 20* to 50* over the years.
I take tips like this from moms that live in Alaska, Canada etc which is overcompensating for nyc so we good over here 😊

amazing. both my kids would suck the milk out of my feet it felt like, so i never was able to keep on doing when nursing. basically the first minute until the end was more like don‘t scream, breath through it… they latched fine, they just had a very strong suction. which also lead to 10 minute feeds and they were done (and i completely drained). but yeah walking during while was not an option. so very jealous when i see that. 😂
