The praelontis scurra, or flying penguin, is a species that derives from both the penguin family and the parakeet auk. Their thinly packed feathers due to travelling north for the winter allow these typically densely feathered birds to take flight. Joining their fellow parakeets in the jungles of South America to avoid colder temperatures, these little birds are an evolutionary anomaly that show just how wonderful nature can be.

If it's not fake, I saw a documentary on TV that showed birds from the north coast of France that migrate flying to an icy island, it looks like Iceland, and they look a lot like penguins, the difference is that their wings are adapted to fly. They live or mate on the cliffs of the French coast.

Is this a montage?
Because everyone knows that feathers of penguin is no like the feathers of other birds.
This feathers made to help them swim. It’s not for flying.
Anyways penguins have small wings. I mean they’re not tiny, but it’s not big enough for flight.
So I think it’s hoax.


Even a chicken with actual feathers can’t fly high and long.
And not only chicken. Even quails and turkeys can’t fly like that (even if they have normal feathers which made for flying).
