I think this length and split for stretching and foam rolling is perfect for future videos. It's enough to get deep stretches in and I felt a lot better after but not too long that I get bored. Also, I actually enjoy you talking and giving tips the entire time instead of just peaceful music in the background. It feels as if I'm doing this routine with you an it keeps me engaged. I also loved the foam rolling part although it was so painful. You don't wanna know the amount of curse words that slipped out of my mouth in that 15 minutes

I'm a 500 RYT, sharing this for my 28 yr old son, who needs this, he's tight. If mom says it, "and he's a great son", but mom's voice, who the members of the club I work at love, & your voice, influence will be appreciated. Luv foam rollers too! Nice job teaching your viewers. Motion is Lotion.

Awesome video Matt!! I have just done this at the gym and it was really good. I did it on my recovery day because I had a game yesterday playing CM we won 3-2. I was feeling sore and now I am feeling very loose. Thank you

hi. can you tell more about your sportshernia maybe? Its a injury that isn't that known, but there are footballers that have to deal with that. Me for example. What did you feel, what was the cause and how long did it take to rehab?

It would be nice if you did a shorter stretching/yoga video like a 10-15 minutes long, because I have been doing this recovery session for a long time, but it would be nice if there was a shorter one that could be done like everyday when you don't have so much time.

yoga is great but I am an athlete and sometimes I just want to have my basic athlete stretch where Yoga doesn't really do unless you do the whole routine! This is what I have been looking for! Thank you so much! make more!!

i go to train football basically everyday in the field should i buy the foam roller as i am just starting to train football should i buy the foam roller or something else to recover through i want to spent the money on something thats going to be productive for or after the drill

Btw, I like it because it's a man and footballer doing this and not a former female gymnastic champ that I can´t keep up with. And I like it because I like to play football once a week but in my age group I need to do streching in order to be able to play football and stay mobile. And the football talk is interesting/entertaining.
