Decentralization and roping in talent

In AP, prior to 2019, while organizing ycp campaign , (which itself helped by BJP), it looked like he was trying to help
establishing and consolidating a neofascist alliance in india. Later probably he saw the truth, atleast to some extent and helped TMC winning the election. Indian polity is so complex, it is is to be misled by excessive enthusiasm.

Its all business to teach how to win election. Teach young people how to make a country like Japan. This is teaching MBA-IIT to entrepreneurs how to win election.

Well if Prashant Kishore would have been a Sikh not a high caste Hindu do you think he could have got so much acceptance for an average talent? The Sikh Scholar Dr Manmohan Singh is 100x better than any Hindu PM, 1000000x better than narender modi, but still hindus don't give him credit for saving them from the Hindu rate of growth. PK ccopy-cut-paste model lacks creativity but still he earns huge money like a Parsoon Joshi or Amitabh Bachchan.

Four life long suggestions to any central government in India
1. Divide all states which has more than 25 district into two smaller states. Right now it is crying need of the hour to Divide UP in 4 parts.
2. Give each person Rs 10000/pm ages lies in between 35-55, whoever does sterilization.
3. Give 100% free education to all 10% toppers from any board or university for the next academic session.( or may give full course scholarships)
3. Make English as the national language. It will be easy and quick to adopt by each and every Indians.
5. Make it mandatory to be a graduate for any candidate to any fight election.
