Corvette Z06 owners have nothing to be ashamed of. That car is naturally aspirated. The McLaren 765 is Twin Turboed or supercharged. That is the reason for the massive difference in performance.

I just track days at Thunderhill east. A 765LT was parked next to my Mustang in the shade. I watched him zoom by at different places on track. Visible pulling away from the other cars in his class. Super cool owner too.

Z06 is the real winner in this race, 1/4 of the price, 600pounds more, 120hp less and still able to hang with the 765L, ask any real car enthusiast and they'll tell ya.....

Meh, i'm not sure how I feel about this comparison or video. I understand putting two of the latest and greatest supercars against each other. However, you're comparing 670hp to about 850hp w/ 800lb advantage. Additionally, the Corvette has all creature comforts as the McLaren skips plenty for performance. They are not even in the same category of supercars. An example of a cleaner comparison would be to a Porsche 911 GT2 or Porsche 911 Turbo S or something like that. OR you could compare it to a Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut and ask the same question of "Does the Koenigsegg do enough to justify its $3,420,000 price premium over the Z06?" lol.
