Literal bullshit because 1. Not all cars are built with exact same positions of various pillars and windows , not to mention the length of the front of the car, height etc... and 2. People are different size and position their seats and steering wheels at different distances from the dashboard and at different heights, so head position in the car varies dramatically from person to person. This video is a lie and everyone needs to report it because it is giving literally dangerous advice.

For your own vehicle, try to find spots that line up with the tires on your dashboard. Worked for the truck in my CDL class.
