Comparing this video to the previous one which one should I do to improve my inline speed skating? Which one do you recommend?
ОтветитьA very useful workout. Doing some plyometric exercises with my 11 yr. old tennis player daughter for the last 2.5 years on a regular basis and have seen a dramatic improvement in her speed of change direction and endurance performance along with injury-free game. Gonna take some of these on board. Thanks for sharing!

ОтветитьI'm dying to try this out but i am very, very afraid that it won't do my knees any good (i have torn meniscus in both knees). I wouldn't want to press my luck doing this...
ОтветитьAlso: how often should these workout be performed? Are they stand-alone workouts or intended to be done after your main workout?
ОтветитьNeed to know what shoes are those. I believe they are crucial to workouts like this to absorb shocks as much as possible as well as providing a stable base.

ОтветитьThat's a really good workout. Needs coordination, control and agility. Great stuff fella.
ОтветитьLoved it! Been out of the plyometrics for a while, stoked to be getting back into it. Liked and subscribed :)
ОтветитьDoing this 2x per week on Wednesdays and Saturdays has TOTALLY changed my running game. Also bc of the HGH spike after the plyo workout my arms are getting super toned with no extra lifting!!
