I think every Indian should know where Uzbekistan is because this where babur the 1dt Mughal emperor was from 😂 you will notice how similar uzveki and Mughal architecture is.

Mughal empire’s founder Babur was born in Uzbekistan. It is important from India’s history perspective.

Samarkhand and Bukhara were so famous that they are nicely mentioned in the poetry of famous Persian poet Hafeez. And you already mentioned that it was a centre of culture,architecture and scientific learning. I also believe that you know of the once famous Taskent Film Festival .
