An excellent movie, although I found a particular part of the end unsatisfying. But they did have parallels and reasons for that choice, which were cunning. And I think everyone called it that the new guy was a dud. Easy call. But maybe that had a point too, that we're watching her walk into a trap and she doesn't even know. He did "happen" to walk her to his place after declaring solely friendship and talking about kissing a young-looking woman. Even at the start he said he'd secretly be pining for her. Pining for what? And going at a snail's pace. Clearly friendship is just the vehicle for other expectations. Then he was furious another guy was going to get the goods when he was out in the cold. And after his rejection her request to resume naturally meant it was open season to make out. Putting someone down only to pick them up with your approval is the oldest ploy in the book. Then all your past declarations don't apply because you put them in a position to be regretfully desperate? Yeah, not buying it, even if he wasn't a rapist. I wish there was an extra clip at the end where she actually did have a life doing what she was capable of doing. And then we'd go Whaah? How does that work? And we'd just have to grapple with an impossible vision of perfection. But I think we could live with that, as a place we want to be.

I wrote a character who had this same idea, probably about 7 years back.

My only real issue with this movie was how it was advertised. The tone of the movie does NOT match the trailer.

But, hard to watch as it was - the movie was incredibly powerful, and thought provoking.

I honestly didn't like Cassie's character. She threw her life away just to scare a bunch of guys that abuse drunk girls. Their punisment wasn't hard enough to make it worth it. It would have been more interesting if she was actually killing them...

I just watched this movie with my best friend, and we were floored. We were not expecting the twists and turns, from start to intensely emotional finish. It had similarities to shows we love like “Girl from Nowhere” and movies like “Kill Bill.” 10/10 would watch on the edge of my seat again!

I just saw the movie and it is by far the best movie I've seen in a very long time.

A bit depressing because reality is presented as it unfortunately still is.
Perhaps such outstanding films will make a contribution in the future to reducing s*xual violence and its consequences.

We like to convince ourselves as a society that it's not that bad (especially if there are no or hardly any visible signs of violence) but we try to evade responsibility. It is bad and destroys the lives of the victims and their relatives.
It is also part of the reality that each of us personally knows a r*pists or r*pist sympathizers and is probably related to them. Not exactly what we want to know about the people we actually like or even love... .

Chills every time. People don't understand the absolute genius of this movie.

just saw the movie. i´m a gay man and nothing disturbs/hurts/haunts me more than rape i don´t know why. this movie was enough to leave me with a faint ptsd somehow and question my entire self. it got me in tears and i don´t really know how i can heal or help women who suffered. i am just so sorry
