Not quite correct I'm afraid. I agree it does look like they are paying 0.90 cents a view but it is actually up to 0.09 cents. Basically to make the minimum payout of $15 you would need quite a lot of views (around 2130 actually) ALSO on the FREE plan there is No Payment for views
