Great job sir thanks
ОтветитьThe noise on the spindle is too loud
ОтветитьCool
ОтветитьAfter my dealing with haas I would never buy one.
ОтветитьY Axis live tooled lathe would be the machine to use for this part. That being said these little rotaries look great.
ОтветитьNice, I like how fast the tool changes are
ОтветитьWhy are there so many negative comments lmao
ОтветитьThe fact that they put this out as a demo part says everything you need to know. Haas machines are what they’ve always been, cheap throw away machines good for non critical low tolerance work.
ОтветитьFirst non negative comment!
Ответитьудобно фаски снимать на нем
ОтветитьAlways put critical features in first before removing the bulk of the material...it helps maintain part rigidity. Also, you should be machining from outside in, not the opposite
ОтветитьIs it just me or do the surfaces just not look great?
Ответить👍
ОтветитьCool
Ответитьthis product name and which are use industry full details please tell me
ОтветитьDouble podium in Spa
ОтветитьCuánto sale esta máquina? Es difícil aprender?
ОтветитьFormidable 👌😃
ОтветитьDear god those chamfers look like shit, I get you're showing off speed but if you want to do an actual demo at least make it look good.
Ответитьawesome! only 5minutes!
ОтветитьNot to be "That guy" in the comments, but I wouldn't be too proud of that as a demo... Could have done the whole profile with 1 end mill side milling to use the whole length on the end mill, including the slot and interpolating the hole, then drill and tap, then part it off with a Z downfeed while rotating A to leave only a tiny little .100" knub. With a cycle time for the whole part under 2 minutes.
ОтветитьI love 4th axis like I love a horizontal.
