Volunteering helps volunteers: Disaster Relief Australia x Movember

The @DisasterReliefAus Wellbeing Project is a study funded under Movember’s Veterans and First Responders’ Mental Health Grant Program in partnership with @DistinguishedGentlemansRide.

What the Wellbeing Project report shows is that as well as providing vital support to disaster victims in their time of need, volunteering with DRA has a significant positive impact on wellbeing, achieved through purpose, meaning and connection.
