This is great! Thanks for putting it together
ОтветитьReally helpful video. Thanks for uploading.
ОтветитьThis is something I hope will be received as constructive criticism by Dr. Lu, toward helping him become a better speaker: In a nutshell, he should delete the word "right?" from his vocabulary, unless he's describing a physical direction (left, right, etc.). As a matter of gaining insight, he should listen to this recording, and create a tick-mark tally of how many times he says, "right?". Most likely, he'll be surprised... I have the feeling that in his manner of use of the word "right?", he's checking in with the listener, to make sure what he's just said has been understood - but, the problem with this, is that he never waits for a response to his inquiry. Once he's said "right?", he just plunges ahead in his dialogue. If it was a sincere, respectful inquiry, he'd wait for a response. But as it is, the inquiry occurs in an o/c manner, almost like a nervous tic in a facial muscle; e.g., the mouth. It's my opinion that if he can knock the word "right?" out of his vocabulary, his quality as a public speaker will immensely improve.
ОтветитьThank you for sharing this lecture. Synchronization and unconscious /consciousness of personal and collective, east and west.
ОтветитьWow.... this is the first time I've heard a description of what the complex is that makes complete sense and isn't vague.
It makes working to heal the complex far more possible. When I hear Marie Louise Von-Franz talk about a complex and the only way to deal with it is to stay away from the person/ experience touching it, feels much more confusing and overwhelming. Thank you so much!! 🙏
Way too many ads…. Come on!
Ответить🙏🏼 thank you
ОтветитьAh man. I love this guy!
ОтветитьRight?!?!? Dr lu. It's so distracting. And slightly condescending? I'll see if your later talks fixed this but I just... Can't take it.
