ОтветитьGood video, good calculations and good approach (assume scenarios). I normally do the same thing when buying propoerties. If it still generates a profit in my worse case scenario, is a good buy. This apartment is definitely not a good deal.
ОтветитьThis is a good process to locate property katty. I would highly add to the criteria covered parking and Central AC. You need to account for yearly costs to increase ( a.e HOA, etc. )
