Key point:
Rell is not an great at engaging first. She is followup on already CC’d opponents.
Rell’s Q scales extremely well so max always first, Then choice between a bit more shield on W or less cd on your E. Personally I go E 2nd for better follow ups.
Rell is 1 of if not the best pell champion in the game, items that benefit your ADCs survibility such as knight’s vow or Solaris is a great item choice.
Her biggest counter are CC immune fighters, Artillery mages and Anti tanks. Example for these free would be Olaf, Xearth and Kog’Maw.

If I do recommend a Solo que partner it do be Kai’sa since Kai’sa is one of the tankest ADCs while also have a extremely good engage that you can follow up on with you E.
Avoid playing with Draven and Vayne. I got some quite bad games with these two.

sorry but this champ is weak af. i played her several times and i KNOW how she works but shes legit so easy to counter and shes not even tanky lol.

Is the Rell kit worse than for example Braum? Debatable. But at level 18 she has 136 HP less and a whopping 32 armor less than Braum! In short her stats scaling is much worse. Why? OK, late game she can get extremely tanky, but still the difference is hefty.

I'd vastly prefer if her ult was an aoe skarner ult.

I have never seen this champ played. I'm here to learn what she does so I can play her.

Got RELL in ARAM... never again! Will rr or dodge. Tried understanding guide but i pref to be a simpleton. Doesn't give a good break down of when to use abilities or what to build.

Probably my favorite support right now. I just love tanky supports, and she brings a lot to the table.

Rell is the worst shit ever, q, w and e are ok(q heals for 20, w lose so much movement people simply gets away but i can do with that)but ult, feels like its doing nothing, no dmg, no cc, no duration and no good aoe, tfw people just walk out of the ult makes me lose my shit. Give the ult something, big aoe and some duration(or some more aoe and a big duration) or better cc that attracts better, i dont know, but as she is, she is unplayable imo, she is just walking cc and she is slow and one of the cc dont work properly...

Rell is my new main. I don't think a lot of people are playing her correctly. She is definitely a hard engage champ and not a poke champ. Currently sitting at 77% wr with 30 games in gold flex. Shes super OP if you play her correctly.

this champion must be released at april 1 because thats not a champion, its a joke. y cant actually use q vs poke setup, because her q so short and deal so small dmg. her w must be renamed to suicide, because 1 sec stun not worth of loosing half of movement speed. y will die after that for sure because they will kite y like little girl. she cant even follow up for the champions y stunned, because with 250 mvmnt its impossible. she not even tanky enough to make speed sacrifice worthy. her ult is a joke, because every champ with dash or teleport can go out (2/3 of LOL champions LMAO) and even if they havent skills, they still have flash. or better, y pull them and they kill you in a instant. u need zhonya even more than morgana with this skillset. her e is a joke, because its hard to land, do poor 1 sec stun almost without dmg and not convinient to use, because u cant recast it just bu pressing again e. u need target ground for whatever reason. shes a joke, because when shes a tank, her scales in hp and armor so poor. only her passive looks descent but u cant use it because y die in an instant after engage
