How to install the BMW X3 E83 Qualcomm Android multimedia that supports the original car display?

Hello. I have exactly the same device. It was working perfectly fine for a while, but now it has no sound when I play something. The car radio is working, so problem is not the audio system, probably is the connection between the navigation and the aux. Do you know how to solve the problem?
