I'm completely traumatised by the butchering of babies, the stabbing of unborn babies cut from their murdered mothers & stabbed & the taking of babies and children as hostages. These gazans are lowlife monsters & I no longer feel any sympathy, empathy or compassion for them ... Except for the precious little ones. Whatever Israel does now Hamas brought upon it's people. I'm severely traumatised not only by this but by the very ugly pro palestinian rally in my country.

I grew up in California. Spent most every weekend in Hermosa Beach fishing with my dad. And i was known to ditch school and run away from home occasionally. You could usually find me riding up and down on the strand on bikes, skates or skateboards. Or just hanging out on the beach wall watching everybody pass. Eventually I made my way up and down the pacific coast, Until I started a family and moved away. My fiance and I would have our dates on the Redondo Beach Pier and also walk the strand. And it was on the rocks that he proposed. I miss the ocean. The daytime ocean and the night time ocean. They both provide different sensory experiences. I prefer watching the ocean at night. Sitting in the sand on a moonless night seeing only the white caps as the waves break in front of you! Dang I miss the beach!

JESUS SAVES!! He saved me from depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts and behaviors. I almost died in 2012 and in 2019 until I finally called on Him to save me and HE DID! Not only did He save me, but He healed me, too. Go to him and ask for forgiveness. Ask Him to be in your heart and He will come to you. Ask Him to pour His Holy Spirit onto you and guide you through this life and walk with Him. Jesus Christ died on cross just so that our sins can be forgiven. No sin is too great. Just believe in your heart that Jesus Christ died for us and resurrected from the dead. Confess with your mouth JESUS IS LORD. Call upon Him. The great I AM is coming soon! The creator of all things is soon to come! Time is running out! With love, I ask you to have faith. We all, believers and nonbelievers, will have to face His judgment someday. HE IS REAL AND HE IS COMING SOON! God bless you!

This is a lovely idea, but needs two improvements. First, the sky over the ocean needs to be full of stars and maybe the moon. Second, the waves are moving too rapidly. The normal rhythm of ocean waves is slower. Actually, a third suggestion- the sound of ocean waves has an undertone that is deep, not so shrill.

Ι live in Greece!! I had the opportunity to sleep with the window open near the sea! It's absolutely calming.
