I adore her. She's literally the reason why I have a skin care routine and started double cleansing, moisturizing, wearing sunscreen, using petrolatum & started healing my skin barrier. Next I have to commit to a retinoid lol. She's super evidence-based and her efforts to communicate medical findings and advice in an accessible and free manner makes her the GOAT.
ОтветитьDo I need sunscreen if I have olive/light brown skin?

ОтветитьHey, I’m an 18 year old female, I grew up in a very stressful life, I never used sunscreen due to my mother telling me because I was “Mixed rAce” I wouldn’t need sunscreen, as a kid my diet was very bad, so I’m assuming that is the cause of my forehead finelines, I really want to know if these can be reversed, they aren’t extremely deep, but if I can see them, others can too, I do use sunscreen now, and I do moisturize, and drink lots of water, and my diet is way better than what it was as a kid, but it dose not make them look less, so will I have these forever?
ОтветитьCoffee used to be great, but it started to increase anxiety because of the caffeine. I just drink milk tea now.
ОтветитьShe really does me remind of Jordan Peterson haha
Ответить20 year old Mexican dude and I’m starting this. I’m told I look younger than my age actually, and I wish it continue to look younger than my actual age when I’m older.
Funnily enough, I have a lot of grey hairs. Don’t know why, but I grow a lot of them. I don’t really care about them.. both my dad and grandpa have grey hairs though they still have a full set of hair
Vaseline really works miracle. It really helped in my dry and porus skin. Totally recommended

ОтветитьI am a baby face, 25 and still have people think I’m twins with my 18 year old brother. Im trying to get on top of my skincare because I know it’s going to hit me like a brick wall mentally when people stop thinking I look years younger than I am. At least I can feel like I know I’ve taken care of myself and therefore I did all I could and the rest is just nature.
ОтветитьI'm 15 and some kids around me have huge forehead wrinkles and I'm trying to prevent that, so thank you
ОтветитьRetinoids have been a game changer for my facial eczema

ОтветитьI am 23 what do you think about me using the Avene A-oxitive cream twice a day? Besides practicing what you discuss in the video. I have a fear that anti-aging products actually do more harm than good and the a-oxitive cream was anti-aging components.
