R.I.P The Know !
ОтветитьI think you mean it's finally coming back
ОтветитьPower to the gamers, not the Gamurs.
ОтветитьIf the Escapist doesn't outright give Yahtzee the ZP brand back, they should at the very least try to sell or license it to them...
Otherwise they might as well shut down right now, because Yahtzee was the biggest pillar holding them up, and all the other pillars left with him.
Your Bane impression was good enough. Also: Down with Epic Games. They have zero redeeming qualities.
ОтветитьTo be fair, all of their content apart from Zero Punctuation was absolutely horrible
ОтветитьThe Team have Moved to Second Wind!! Go there!
ОтветитьIt’s like Escapist wanted to die
ОтветитьInstead of “Hold my beer” they were like “Hold my controller”.
ОтветитьGame journalism is dead?
No, there is no journalism in any way shape or form anymore, it’s all political propaganda and fear mongering to gain attention and money rather than telling truthful news pieces.
Gaming journalism died when it became about scandals instead of new games and consoles.
ОтветитьYou’re not funny
ОтветитьNo thank you !
ОтветитьOh no! Anyway...
ОтветитьThanks for highlighting the Escapist story, I wouldn't have known about it otherwise and now I don't have to miss any of their stuff!
ОтветитьIs Games Journalism dying, or is Millennial Web Journalism dying? Just saying...
ОтветитьZero Punctuation was the only reason I was subscribed to The Escapist YT channel. That means good bye to The Escapist, I have no reason whatsoever to care about them in any way now.
ОтветитьIf feels like most of games journalism died years ago, if it was ever in a good position, with many that were around seemingly more a front for the industry. Regardless of if publisher/creator owned/contracted by industry, locked in by access to devs and early access to games, or advertisement money. So typically could expect a glowing review, with omitting or minimizing technical or story issues. Part of what made Yahtzee / Zero Punctuation really stand out from the crowd.
