I usually tend to stay away from the big ASMR channels when it comes to bad energy plucking because they always use fancy (but pointless) tricks like tweezers or pulling string from the camera's pov - but this was really perfect. It made it seem like you were actually trying to take away negative energy.

I have never needed positive affirmations more than I do now!

best therapy for me when im stressed.
