Dosent matter what you eat or WHEN you eat it. You just need to be at a net sum of 2000 calories ish a day or whatever deficit you’re in. Week needs to add up to roughly 3,500 calories. You can absolutely eat chips after working out. Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.

Man omelette with 3 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, a little Monterrey jack, and 3 slices of Turkey bacon, and spinach for breakfast, man sandwich for lunch with Turkey, avocado, spinach, spicy brown mustard and Ezekiel bread, and chicken, broccoli and quinoa for dinner. I haven't been the most confidence in my appearance and have always been labled 'fat'. I have a lot of mental health issues too the major being depression, facial dysmorphia, & social anxiety.
Hung out with toxic unhappy people for years. And I slowly started fixing my life for 2 years by cutting toxic people out. But now I wanna go all the way, dieting & exercise for not only myself, but for the people who genuinely care about me & want me to improve.
My best friend of 6-7 years got me a Meta Quest 2 recently so now I have a way to exercise at home. So will this diet work? I really wanna get better for myself.

The calories in these plates is no where near 2000 calories - closer to 900 maybe 1200. Especially if someone is eating only 3 meals and a snack or worse 2 meals and a snack? How do you get it to be almost 2000 calories so you can actually build muscle

ОтветитьThanks for being aware that meal prep is important. Eating right starts from shopping and cooking right and the prep is a real pain. I can't afford orgainic and grassfed meats and eggs. Are they really that much healthier for you than standard meats and eggs?

I understand as a doctor you would want to elaborate and explain why each and everything you are suggesting in your diet is helping us in a certain way. But, Please know that there are very restless people suffering from chronic obesity who are looking at this video and they would certainly prefer a quick version. I don't know the first thing about nutrition but I know I have to follow a or any plan to see some results, So maybe just introduce yourself and establish your credibility as to why I should trust you and quickly list out some good and bad foods. Please take the layman obese depressed person's mood into consideration while making an 18-minute video and not getting anywhere in the first few minutes. Again, sorry for sounding so ungrateful with the rant.
P.S. Please request your editor to list out things on screen when you list them vocally. There is a lot of empty/unused screen space in the video.
