Super Thin Sliced Beef for Steak & Gravy, Stir Fry and Fried Chicken : Eating like Kings

This Sunday we spent almost the first 2 and half hours waiting for the beef to defrost and as a result we lost a large amount of cooking time. However we were able to get it all done and everyone waiting patiently to eat. Today's menu was steak and gravy, beef stir fry with laupele, faalifu kalo, fried chicken and boiled fish.
