I Failed With My Art.. Now What?

Hi, was watching the proko podcast remember Marshall talking about with saying that it doesn’t matter how good you are at art if you went to school or not if you’re a genius, it is all about being lucky. There could be an artist that’s only has one year of experience and he could get the best job in the art field, but another guy that has like 10 years of experiencing and could be looking for jobs for years and not get anywhere for a long time. Of artist is more of an entrepreneur thing you have to start your own business. It’s not really reliable to companies because most art jobs are very seasonal only working for a couple months and then you have to find another job.and they require you to be really good and learn a bunch of different programs

I'm not an artist, but a little advice; work on your backgrounds. Most of the art that i saw from you, they lack good background. Try to tell a story. Not just bashing fancy colors and brushworks.
