Wow, just the first five minutes is full of helpful information all the “guitar guides” never mentioned. Personally I can’t stand memorizing anything unless I understand the basics, and this is more valuable than any beginner guitar course I’ve ever paid for.

Hey Bernth! Sometimes I feel like I'm struggling with guitar progress because of the workouts I make. My wrists are sometimes very stiff, and I feel like they can't physically move on the level I want them to. Is this just an illusion I making myself and I just need to practice a bit more patiently, or can you recommend some exercise that I can do to make it better? Either some picking technique, stretching, or any life hack will do. Thanks!
