I enjoy the cigars I’ve tried so far, usually cant sit and finish one all the way through. Is it bad to leave it for another day. Should I smoke the shorty’s instead?

A very nice inexpensive cigar I keep in my humidor: Sancho Panza Glorioso. 92 rated. A box runs about $100. So, around $5/cigar.

I bought my first pack of Toscanello Macchiato awhile ago. I tried multiple other cigars, many premium, gave some decent money on Cohibas, Monte Cristos, Davidoff's. 'Can't say I didn't like any of them, but Toscanello remained my absolute favorite. in Serbia, they cost $7.50-pack of 5.

Came back to this video because Im suddenly getting serious about cigars. I bought 35-40 cigars today to the tune of about $230. But lets put something into perspective: the average 60 minute counseling session with a licensed therapist costs $225. If the average cigar lasts upwards of 90 minutes, 40 cigars is at least 60 hours of smoking time. It is 60 times more cost effective for me to smoke a cigar rather than go to counseling, and yet the outcome is the same.

I think Cigars are like wine and spirits. The price doesn't reflect if its good or not.

My favorite cigars are less than 10 bucks a stick and most around $5 or less. and iv tried everything from $1 cigars up to about the $30 range. I like mild strength with full flavor. Try out Cain Daytonas, Old Henry Gold (my favorite), sancho panza double maduro, JFR lunatic habano. You can find some darn fine cigars on the cheaper end of the spectrum.

Don't come to California!! The Tobacco Tax is 60%!!! Unfortunately, many Tobacco stores have closed down because of this! A cigar that used to cost $4 is now $6.40!! Cost went up way, way too much! It's hard to relax knowing how much the cigar costs! Literally, money going up in smoke!! LOL!! 😂

Sweet mary. Is $20 considered expensive for a cigar in the US? The bottom of the line here in Australia are $30 each.. a decent cigar is $75-$100 a piece.

I smoke drew estate factory smokes daily at work ct shade in the morning and maduro after lunch it’s a surprisingly good smoke considering they come in a pack of 25 for less than $50 and it’s some decent quality stuff ! Honestly I think they train new torcedors to make those bundles but I love em

Punch Original ( Clasico ) Robusto. Best for the money. Consistent. Comes in a humipack , if you dont want to hassle with a humidor. I am going to try the Quorum Toro , five in a fresh pack , which is resealable, available from Atlantic Cigars for $9.95 a 5 pack.

I pefer davidoff as quality control is best. Ill buy a sumatatra or maduro oliva melanio double toro when on sale for $9.00 per stick. I think that cigar are close to davidoff at 1/3 the price.

When it comes to cigars price does not mean you will like it or that it's good. I have tried over 50 brands/types of cigars (nothing compared to guys who have been smoking for years) and I found several cigars that were pricey but they were horrible. Hard draw, runs a lot, all kinds of stuff. You also have to remember each one of these cigars was hand made so each cigar is unique. For instance, Davidoff is considered one of the best cigars around but I have had a Davidoff that I refused to smoke because the draw was so hard you would get a headache or something trying to smoke it. Just my 2 cents.

Factory smokes are pretty good I like the Maduro it has a spicy chocolatey coffee taste. I smoke them all the way down to a nub . It's still three bucks gone every time you smoke one but I don't chew Copenhagen anymore and I don't have to smoke anymore if I don't want to I only fire a couple up on the weekend and maybe occasionally after a hard day at work when everything goes wrong.

So I am new to cigar smoking , I tend to like the sweeter cigars such as a groovy blue , any suggestions on some I should try that are more of an all natural sweeter cigar ?

Well said. Long time cigar smoker here. Being truthful all cigars regardless of quality really tap out at 20 dollars. Meaning if you are smoking a cigar that isn’t vintage( meaning aged in a humidor for years) that costs more than 20 dollars you honestly are just paying for the name. My personal preference of price is anywhere from 3 dollars to 8 dollars a cigar (online prices by the box prices) and in brick and mortar? 5 to 12 dollars a cigar. There are some of my absolute favorites that are 15 to 20 but I save those for special occasions as I can’t afford cigars at that price as a daily smoke.

Price point vs Quality? My personal favorite brand is Perdomo cigars. Fantastic cigars that are affordable to me.

I've only ever smoked a cigar twice. The first one was at a wedding. Took me 6 hours to smoke it but I really enjoyed it.

The second time was at an evening with some University friends. IT was our last evening together, so we decided to have a fancy diner all dressed up, then go to the pub and have ourselves a brandy and a cigar. Great night. Both experiences really made me appreciate cigars.

It's not something I do with any kind of regularity but I discovered some E-cigars (from XVXvape) and bought one, it really brought back some memories of those times.
