Sad and sorry wrong, this is a BMW rebadge by toyota, all rebadge cars by toyota dont last past 5 years to 6 years.ask the people who are paid to rebuild the trans n engine after 5 years you will shocked.These days toyota is rebadging daihatsu and suzuki like there is no tomorrow, go ask the customer who didnt know and bought toyotas and not suzuki or daihatsu they keep going to the dealership complaining on 2 month year old car complaining of noise vibration etc,those are customers who came from older toyota models expecting the same quality.

I had a 79 Supra with the 5M engine and 5 speed about 20 years ago and I definitely don't remember it being that slow haha. Maybe because I was 18 or maybe it was the constant clutch drops to get her wagging 😂

If someone offered me one I'd take the latest, as you really can't beat 20 years of technological advances. But I like the idea and look of the 2nd one the most.

The Fast and Furious was one of my first and favorite racing movies which got me into loving the Supra. I didn't even know or bother to care there was a fifth generation out until a couple months ago lol. The fifth generation isn't even a Toyota fully. It's a BMW on the inside.

I haven’t driven the new one yet, but I can understand where you’re coming from in regards to the feel of it. One thing Chevy did really well with the new Camaros was give you that same “sitting on the road, door window at your shoulder, long dash, and narrow windshield while driving a lumber wagon” feeling that all Camaros have always had. The authentic experience. Having said that, I like the way the new Supra looks, and I bet it would be a blast on a track

I owned the mk2 celica supra with the ligher nose in a gts model for 12 yrs , i only got rid of it because i kept getting stolen all the time, and those plastics for interior got to hard to find in blue.
