Notice the craftsmanship of the interior of this house
It would not take much to bring back this house to life and preserve such historical craftsmanship
I wish I could find something like this and research the true history of this place
Great job showing us this time capsule 😊
It crossed my mind to start the video over and count how many times that you said "wow" but I changed my mind. WOW! Good video! Thanks.
ОтветитьThey had money😮
ОтветитьWay too much talk of dark memories and liberal speak of how bad the confederacy was. We are still quite proud of our rebellion,….sir Hippie.
ОтветитьKnow what you’re talking about before you start making assumptions about people and HISTORY…. 🙄🤷🏼♀️
ОтветитьWish that home was mine. I'd buy it in a new york minute.
ОтветитьThose.stone.pices.are worth money
ОтветитьMy god the bottles
ОтветитьYou missed the potty chair next to the piano
ОтветитьAnd carnival glass
ОтветитьYou totaly missed the chair behind the one you said was hand made
ОтветитьThat sleigh bed😮
ОтветитьOMG THE ANTIQUES are unreal !!!!
ОтветитьI absolutely loved your video. First time watching and now I’m a subscriber.
ОтветитьI would love to live here, the house doesn't look to be in bad shape..
ОтветитьJUGS AND POTTERY: That stuff can be worth some bucks if not chipped. (I was an antique collector for 50 years)
ОтветитьTHE KITCHEN OVEN: That,s the way all kitchen ovens were about 125+ years ago. Wood burning stoves, In some homes the hot water system was built in conjunction with the stove, As long as the stove was hot you had hot water. What I find interesting is that they have a more modern "electric" stove next to the old wood burner
ОтветитьTHE WASH BASIN AND PITCHER were how people cleaned themselves before showers and indoor plumbing to fill a bathtub.
Often times they were set in a wooden stand. People washed body part by body part from well water till better weather when they could jump in a river or lake.
I would love ❤️ to purchase some of that art work. If the house is abandoned then who owns the property? I especially like the furniture. The poison u found was probably used if a child ate something bad like poisonous berries, kind of like how we use ipacap.
ОтветитьLet's bring up racism without even knowing this anything to do with racism😅😅😅😅
ОтветитьMore likely the bank foreclosed and chased the people out. In many of those homes.
Ответитьwho cut the grass?
ОтветитьThe woodwork blows me away. ❤
ОтветитьI saw an Amazon box... can't be left for that long
ОтветитьThank you. So interesting.
ОтветитьYou are obviously a demacrat. It was the demacrats that held slaves.
ОтветитьI believe i know who that picture is .I grew up in Alabama . Ibelieve it is George Wallace .If you look up governors.
ОтветитьWuauu. A lot of treasure from the past. 😍. I wonder what happened with the family 🤔
ОтветитьI’ll assume he or his father or further back was a doctor back in the day. The old medicine cabinet filled with pharmaceuticals and the doctors bag in the next room would indicate that somewhere in the history of this home was a doctor.
I sure hope someone rescues all these beautiful antiques before they go to ruin !!!
I’m curious of the story you tell about their beliefs and their children leaving and learning the truth…..do you know that as a fact or are you assuming ??? It would be wrong of you to make accusations about any of their beliefs without knowing !!!! Having a book about confederacy does not imply anything, it’s history !!! I have a book about JFK assassination and a book about 911 terror attack, but that doesn’t mean I’m for what happened, it’s history, like it or not !!!
Thanks for sharing but please guard your own bias and beliefs by accusing others of unknown beliefs.
Blessings
Confederacy Book author Bruce Catton VERY WELL VERSED ON THE SUBJECT!!!!!
ОтветитьNot a dresser Its a secretary desk.
ОтветитьPrinter?
ОтветитьComputer? Electronic drum set????
ОтветитьNOT A LOT OF DUST OR COB WEBS?
Ответитьlooks like some drug dealers old place things just left all over in their meth addeled condition and then the pillagers never came and stripped out all the good things
ОтветитьI love your curiosity and it paid off! Really awesome find
ОтветитьWhy is there a trophy from 1999 when the place looks like it hasn't been lived in for at least 75 yrs?
ОтветитьThis is very onteresting
ОтветитьIf a place is abandon how can you take over it or on it
ОтветитьIt has a lot of nice antiques
ОтветитьI love looking at these things
ОтветитьIt amazes me that this family would leave all this behind. It looks like they had great memories in this beautiful old persevere home.😊
ОтветитьThis was fabulous - I remember most all the items in the home - Thank you for sharing....
ОтветитьI would restore it and keep the look as is
ОтветитьThat dirt bike laying on the ground by the race car is a Puch powered off roader called a Greeves Pathfinder, and quite rare these days. I'd get it out of there personally
Ответить''''' NO MORE TIME!! John 3:16 For God loved the world, so He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Realize you're a SINNER! You can NOT earn your way into heaven! JESUS is the ONLY way! CALL upon His name for SALVATION! BELIEVE that JESUS is God's Son, He came in the flesh, lived a sinless life and then died on a CROSS! TRUST that God raised JESUS from the dead! By FAITH accept the shed BLOOD of JESUS ALONE as payment for YOUR SINS! God is about to pour out JUDGEMENT on the world for 7 terrible years. Only genuine Christians are about to vanish! Aliens are a LIE! May the LORD soften your hearts. Accept the GOSPEL now, the Good News of JESUS CHRIST.
ОтветитьI would have so much trouble leaving those gorgeous antique pieces behind. I just wish I could walk in your shoes. Thanks for taking me on yoour journey.
