all good except that you put mykonos at second place i think at least no6 or 7.... nothing special to see or provide as an island.... nice one but not as crete for exampble not even close....

Just got back from Greece, island hopping and I gotta say. Corfu is my favorite island. Their beaches are the best!!

kalymnos / Karpathos/ Symi/ Kastelorizo should definetely be from Dodecanese there, way more original than Kos and Rhodos

Greece is heaven. But really these are just 10 islands. There are 6000 and there are many who could very easily take any sport. There is no top 10 possible of Greece. And letes not forget the mainland which is atleast as beautiful as the islands for endless reasons. Greece consists of 80% mountains which are the most prominent in all of the mainland and Crete and Greece if full with spectarular nature of any kind.
From 80% snowcapped mountains all the way to volcano's, geological paradises, virgin forests, to thee only natural palm forests, to 400 wetlands, to 15.000 caves, to 800 natural hotsprings (one of the most in the world), and many many more. Then we all know and love Greece's culture and history which are so immense and rich, its incredible. And the food is absolute divine and the people are incredibly hospitable. All in all if you combine all the beauties together, then you will know how incredible Greece truly is. Ask anyone who has been to Greece 10, 20, 30,40,50 times and they will tell you the most angelic words you will ever hear of this country

There's no place like Crete.. we were for our honeymoon there and .. it's not only that the island is amazing.. but also the food .. oh man .. I gained 7 kg in 9 days 😅 totally worthed it

I agree with most of what is said…l believe that the Greeks do 2 things v well. Firstly,their beautiful rustic buildings in natural stone,Secondly ,their exquisite food,though very different l believe that the French do both very well indeed too,can’t think of anywhere else globally that match these 2 wonderful cultures. Ps one more thing,they are both strong willed to go on strike and not yield .😀

I spent a few very happy summers on the Greek islands of Santorini, Corfu, Ios, Paros, and Mykonos. They were all heaven on earth to me and the people couldn’t have been nicer. I was single and childless then but have two daughters now. I can’t wait to return to retrace my steps and see it all again through their eyes. Thanks for stirring up great memories. 🇬🇷

I absolutely love Greece and enjoyed this even though these are by no means the 10 most beautiful of the hundreds of islands to choose from. Basically an impossible task!
