ОтветитьThis is the second workout I've done with my new dumbbells. Great for beginners. Will continue with this for now, adding weight when I can, before I graduate to some of your more advanced videos.
ОтветитьI love the verbal cues. I love all your workouts, but what I miss is the talking on the other workouts. It's nice to be reminded of form and I feel more like I'm in the room with you instead of a video. :)

ОтветитьGood morning guys I have returned to this work out as I wasn't feeling too great. Just love this work out and how easy your explanations were to follow. This is a great work out for those beginning their strength training journey and like me who have done the harder work outs because it's the guidance and knowledge which you get in this work out that will have such an impact on the other work outs. ОтветитьI just got off my treadmill and felt like I needed a little more and man am I glad I found Juice & Toya😊 Every video is doable with the exception of the floor exercises, I struggle a little but I plan on doing them everyday 👍🏾
