And now we are crossing the next threshold of complexity. Silicon life that can both learn and iterate infinitely.

This guy states the 2nd law of thermodynamics prevents order from chaos, then he goes on to say the universe created order from chaos! Lol 😅 The universe is inanimate, so it can not create anything, and it can not violate the laws of physics by which it is bound. This guy is appealing to emotions and imagination. Nothing he says is scientific.

I believe in INFINITY!
Therefore: I don't buy into the THEORY of the 'beginning of time'. There is no such thing.
Therefore: I don't buy into the THEORY of 'nothing'. Space may be 'void' but it has NO size!
Trying to define space and time using feeble mankind's methods of measurements (earth relative) is folly !

My main problem with this is that he begins by pointing out a very important truth (i.e. that order cannot come from disorder) before immediately undermining his own statement by suggesting "the universe" can do just that. There is only one force in nature that can bring order out of disorder, and that is intelligence. Ergo, anytime there is apparent order, there must be some sort of intelligence behind it. You can decide for yourself what that means.

The best teachers aren’t necessarily the smartest-it’s the ones best able to distill the information to those who are less knowledgeable in a way they can understand.

They are gems of society

Reminds me of a famous "Comic" from an old magazine!
Two "Scientists" are having a deep discussion. And one is saying:
"Then, suddenly, a MIRACLE occurs!"
But, there is never any valid or logical explanation for that "Miracle"!

Just like any other ted talk, this one is based on misrepresented facts. For starters, global trade is not complex at all, each individual transaction is always simple and it only takes 2 people to accomplish. 99.99% of all transactions are just like that and completely unrelated from all other. Where is complexity?

Complexity builds stage by stage? hahahahahahah
What utter laughable nonsense to anyone with a working brain who understands how life actually works

The mitochondria couldn't exist without the nucleus and other parts of the cell Only work in tandem with others.
The cell had to have been made at the same time for it to be possible or make any sense you fool.
It could not have possibly been built stage by stage... IMFUCKINGPOSSIBLe. Not unlikely. Impossible. Macro evolution is a hoax
