ОтветитьI love this workout. Been coming back to it for years. Personally it even made me grow my booty, and my legs are definitely more toned. I combine this workout with a stepper workout. This workout is definitely effective

day 1: no results obviously yet lol
day 2: when i woke up my legs were IN PAIN still did the workout though, didn't struggle as much as yesterday :) still no visual difference
Day 3: legs still burning during the workout and still aching after the workout the next day but i guess that means somethings working? still no visible differences but im defo able to keep up wayy easier now, getting stronger!
day 4: barely broke a sweat! workout was a breeze to do. legs are looking a little more toned but i only notice while doing the leg lifts
day 5: challenging myself more with the skaterhops, went pretty low today, as well as keeping my legs a certain hight off the ground with fire hydrants, higher than usual. legs looking more toned for sure but only when im working out still too much fat qwq
day 6: still going nothing much to update legs still look teh same
day 7: 1 week! overall report is physically there is no difference that i can personally when im not working out. i can see some tone in the thighs when i am though but my thighs are pretty fat so i think i will start seeing some results around week 3. dispite no physical difference i feel stronger and more active :D continuing on...
day 8: workout done! nice to not ache afterwards the next day anymore
day 9: did workout, feeling gooddd
day 10: done and dusteddd
day 11: doneeee
day 12: pushed myself super hard today, really feeling the burn. Starting from the 14th i will start doing twice a day as i feel strong enough to fully complete 2 sessions.
day 13: workout is easy as pie to do, im seeing a small difference now with my thighs! nothing crazy though
day 14: 2 weeks now whooo! seeing a little tone but nowhere near enough what i want. gonna keep going, twice a day from now.

day 17: donee, ok so there is DEFINITELY ALOT of tone going on with ny thighs now, problem is all my hard work is hideen UNDER all the fat, gonna increase my cardio to try get rid of the flab. also shockingly i've lost A TON of back fat even though that wasnt even my main focus LOL, like my back is SUPER toned, no flabs and stuff now??
day 18: donee: im so happy ive made it this far, i've tried to do this whole 1 month thing before and normally quit after a few days. updating my progress in this comment helps a lot to not skip days :)

officially 3 weeks! only 1 week left to go. im so proud of myself for sticking through this. on day 31 i will be doing the big reveal of the total amount i have lost on my thighs, super excitedd!

day 31: 1 full month of the workout! now i will say the changes aren't jaw dropping for me. maybe if i keep going for another few months i will see a more obvious difference but this workout is great to do if you want to tone up your thighs and feel stronger. its great to do in the morning to get you ready for the day. overall i have lost around an inch off of my thighs, but its really hard to see this personally although my jeans are looser around the thigh and stomach areas. i also need to note i did daily walking along with the workout so that also helped although how much i don't know. i think i'll keep doing the workout but i won't update this comment anymore until i reach my personal goal. i wonder how long it will take...

quick update, so after looking into various sources i have come to the decision to drop all the squats in this workout. i'll do the other stuff but not the squats as they actually bulk thighs which i can see i have gotten a lot of muscle which isn't what i'm going for, even though weight has been lost

First time getting back into working out in over 3 years. At one point i was super healthy but then my mental health took a dive and i stopped caring about my body. Im gonna do this workout along with a couple others everyday and get my body back. This actually works, I've just got to keep up with it

ОтветитьI have done this exact workout for the last 5 years. every time I do it, I see immediate changes within 2 days. If I continue 5 days a week - Within a month my legs look toned and amazing. Wish I was joking but this workout is truly amazing and you will notice some transformation every time. Like she said “be intentional” persistence is key!
