ОтветитьThe moves are a bit fast for me and my balance is non existent. But I guess you can do them at your own pace. Only just started doing the workout and I have a break half way. But I also go to a gym. So I hope all this will show signs of improvement

Really just this much and this kind of work out helps u lose fat , u don't need to go to the gym kindly guide
ОтветитьI am 76 and wear AFO'S (braces) . I got through half of the routine, and all but a few exercises I am able to do. I have a balance disorder, so have to be careful.
