ОтветитьI’m 70 and try to do this 2-3 days per week. Safe, effective and gets all of your core very well.
Ответитьmy abs are usually really strong so whenever i'm working them out i can feel them working but it doesn't get to the after-burning level, but THIS one is cruel, i love love. i made it through to the plank and i was ready for the end of the workout but she started dropping her legs leg by leg and then when i thought that we were done, she started to cross them, omg i died. i'll be coming back to this one workout now, i definitely felt the challenge, so good!!!!
ОтветитьI love to work out but only made it 6 mins into this workout. What a worthy challenge however. I will, hopefully, make it longer next time. Excellent instruction, presentation and progression of exercises.

Ответитьomg i’m a gymnast & i do jiu jitsu and this was the hardest abt workout i’ve ever done, usually other ones it dosent really burn but omg i felt the burn, also idk how this hasn’t blown up yet, great video 😊

ОтветитьI struggle with lower back pain, so the sitting exercises are difficult for me. I just sub them with similar ab exercises that don’t put so much tension on my back. Other than that, this is perfect for my goal to strengthen my core 💪
ОтветитьI loved this workout. I find it difficult to find ab workouts that actually burn, the exercises in this weren’t to complicated, music was nice, no stress causing high impact and great tips
