The demonstration shows she is only brushing over skin, hardly touching. So, this is not actually a massage to reach the glands? Or are the glands inside the first layer of the dermis??

I didn't know this is what it was? I love giving myself massages in the areas you massages, maybe my body is telling me soemthing

What does this do for you when doing this? And where does this drainage go??

Your instructions are AMAZING. I do the one for the legs. Just a light or firm strokes from feet to groin ( another video) enable me to just jump out of bed/chair. No moaning and being an ole lady! These ones are lovely as well. You changed my life!!!!! And I am a doctor!!!

Does this make anyone else feel like their sinuses are draining? I can feel them running down the back of my throat and I start clearing my throat and swallowing. Is that normal?
