I was born to an alcoholic father. My mother struggled a lot to do things for me and my brother. Bcoz my mother took the decision to marry my father by herself. We never had a happy day with him. One day he committed suicide which was witnessed by me. We tried to cop up with things, one day my father's elder brother miss behaved with my mom. These all made me that you shouldn't ever trust people. I wanted have a job before marriage but my mom wished to see my marriage as soon as possible saying you can also have jobs after getting married also. After few alliance i said yes to someone whom i liked for the sake of my mom. I thought he'll be my better half. His family members never had an attachment with each other. They just behaves like a robots,Which made me crazy. After one year i get to know that he had affair with somebody when i asked he said its an old relations before marriage and it's all over he pleased me to stay back. I forgived him.and then we had a baby boy. After my son born i realised that my husband was cleverly cheating me. Which i couldn't handle i talked with that lady who's also married and have two daughters. Since i don't have any job and had a small baby. I never wanted to be a burden to my mom and brother. Still leaving with him. even though he changed a lot i couldn't come out of the overthinking of being cheated. Don't know what to do. How to deal with my problems. Hope that their will be something good for me in future. Please pray for me if you could. Wishing a very happy new 2024 to all.

During Mental Health Awareness Month, I stumbled upon the "Fighting the stigma surrounding getting help" video, and I was deeply moved. This video tackles the crucial issue of stigma surrounding mental health and emphasizes the importance of creating a supportive and understanding environment. It's a powerful reminder that seeking help is a sign of strength, and we must continue to break down barriers and encourage open conversations about mental health.

Remember that it's ok to talk about your current mood or feelings. Someone will always be available to listen to you.

I will always have a particular place in my heart for Sovereign Health. Their unrivaled commitment and knowledge are evident in the extraordinary transformation I underwent, both within and externally. I will always be indebted to them for the deep healing and restoration they gave me, and I strongly suggest Sovereign Health to anybody seeking an experience of a lifetime.
