I’ve seen bundles like that offered at secondhand game stores, like they had the bundle itself brand new and added some stuff to it/ less likely but it could be a manufacturing error where it got packaged in the wrong box.

I feel i got lucky with a 360 slim with a 250gb hard drive i bought off eBay back in September. Aside from the power supply not working, but was replaced by the seller, and it's all good, nothing feels like it overheats after a good couple hours of usage. I paid 77 dollars.
