I'm appalled that the US justice system, allowing defendants to represent themselves, in fact, gives abusers the opportunity to continue their crime. Is it not possible to amend the law?

This poor, poor woman. She is SO strong for going through all this and to face the AUDACITY of this pos to cross examine her. That being said, I wouldn't want a child like Arden, she's certainly "daddy's girl" through and through, "manipulated" or not. No emotion, no remorse to see her mother being abused and not even look at her. Heart wrenching for Alisa.
