ОтветитьIn comparison with the S Class the only downside is the interior Cadillac should have went all the way when designing the interior many people are going to buy the AMG because they feel like they are getting more for the money

ОтветитьAs an owner of one of these, this car is so unknown, that it’s very existence shocks people at shows, out cruising etc. Its a great niche enthusiast car for people who like their M5’s and S63’s but want something American that sounds like an AMG 🔥

i can't believe that the only thing i hated about this review is the mention or power headrest! powered f'ing headrests! you gotta be joking. how often do you actually move your headrest. that would have to be one of the most useless, overrated, waste of power and weight must have features on any car ever built. i know they're only reviewing not owning, so no foul no harm to them but, ONLY A TOTAL WANKER would even care about this being an option!!!!!
ОтветитьI’d imagine engine repairs on this must be $$$$. Extremely low volume engine and good luck finding parts and techs who really know how to work on it. It’s still fantastic though.

ОтветитьSeriously, did Cadillac and every other car manufacturer of its kid forget that it's a luxury brand? This is basically a sports sedan with leather seats and the Cadillac emblem. When Hyundai does luxury better than anyone else, there's a serious problem. Yes, a luxury car should have a big engine. But not for speed. For smoothness and comfort. Now, they think if they slap a bunch of turbos on there to save gas, it's still a luxury car. Turbos are by definition at least somewhat laggy. If this is where technology is going, I hate it.
ОтветитьUnfortunately this car is just all about an engine. Cadillac can't compete against BMW. If they tried to the price of their car would cost just as much as the BMW. Cadillac is just selling you a lot of plastic.
ОтветитьGM didn’t actually cancel the CT6, just that Mary Barra believes China is GM’s primary market. The CT6 lives on there, and there are plans for updates too. Utterly shameful.

ОтветитьI think this Cadillac had the potential to become the top American luxury sedan of the last years, but it was overtaken by the Lincoln Continental. Exterior design is very good, but the interior…I don’t think so. Just my opinion.

ОтветитьThe mentioned the problems of the car towards the end. A luxury car is the sum of all of it`s details. You can put a 1,000 hp engine in a Camry and it`s still just a fast Camry. Cadillac understood this and took the car off market. They would haver never sold enough of those to make it worth while for them.

ОтветитьI just purchased an actual Kathy Walker assembled 2020 CT6V Blackwing today. The performance is incredible and my 2020 Escalade ESV is not even remotely in the neighborhood as far as performance is concerned. There is no comparison, and my 2020 Escalade is a beast. for an ESUV. Driving this vehicle was an absolute driving experience. The subtle experience of feel of speed is hard to quantify. I went from 70 to 95 on open road and didn't feel anything. The comments that the speed felt effortless are spot on.
