Italian Grandma Makes Stuffed Shells with Meat

I have made this recipe a few times now and I think I prefer this to the typical ricotta kind of stuffed shells! Thanks for showing me a great new recipe

Your recipes are strikingly similar to my mom’s and mine (since I learned from her). I thought how did my country mom from southern US learn such authentic Italian cooking, then I remembered she had two Italian sisters-in-law, one married my dad’s brother and one married my mom’s brother. They were first generation born in America and boy, could they cook! My mom learned so much from them. I loved my aunties and my mama, all long departed now. But the wonderful food lives on. Blessed be, Mama Gina ❤️
