Pan gravy can be made in the pan the lamb was cooked in with Dry red wine and if you have any stock that works great as well. most people wont have a Lamb stock so if you have Beef or vegetable stock that works just as well. i like to finish the pan gravy with a little bit of butter.
If you burn the lamb in the pan Do not make a Pan Gravy with the pan the lamb was cooked it otherwise sauce will be bitter and have a burnt flavor.
