Sometimes, especially now, I find these differences, the tension, irreconcilable. Headquarters takes its orders from political masters. Political masters have little interest in the truth, only their political agenda. Being directed by political masters, Canadian intelligence has become little different than CBC. One is for internal use only and the other for external application.
