i tested 10 gigabit ethernet. It needs a processor over 2 Ghz.The i9 9900K processor uses 35%. Maybe you need a +2.0Ghz CPU

Linus what cat did you use for Ethernet I ironically use cat.8 with a max switching bandwidth of 100mb/s even though cat.8 is capable of up to 40gb/s
