on a much lower level kvk3 had some Artemisia/Theodora action it was kinda funny tho can get overwhelemed

Great videos; i like that Hera/YSS is a thing and want to work on leadership gear; in my current kvk5, and our groups are just nowhere near the meta level you guys are at; i was able to use Zeno/Skippy pretty well; I assume you have already written that off, but until I get Hera up, that seems the best I got (YSS not being as good 2nd with Zeno now);
Also, found that swarming Justinian is the best way to deal with him - he goes down hard vs a good swarm while Tariq/Pakal is (as you said) a beast to deal with

I just got Jan expertised, but Jan/YSS just wasn't hanging in; I think I should try Jan/Nevsky as I have Nev expertised...

I just saw Henry Attila as a Rally commander and it worked out for 60GT

Hera/YSS is genuinely a surprise. It seemed so vulnerable to Tariq/Sargon. The other surprise is finding Zeno/Flav outside the top 5. Still very resilient against every rally with the exception of the very best Archer rally.

I saw some tests about Dido/Henry as garrison and it was trading really well but no actual footage in kvks, it's good or nah?

Excuse me sir, how about Heraclius ft. Theodora for defending city? Theodora has a skill that removes debuff from attacker, also Theodora has circular area of effect damage, it's just my opinion.

zen/flavius ​​city garrison is good against all cavalry rallies.
Flav/Scipio I love them against archers. Against swarm, secondary yss is still valid.....if I didn't have yss, I would use heads for hera.

Man, I've literally never seen a hera/Yss report against a rally where it didn't lose 1:2 at least.
OK sure, it might be hard to swarm, but you don't actually need to. Just run any rally at it an enjoy.

Also in the real world, no one has, nor should they have, the gear for it.

Imo you're pretty severely under rating zeno/flav here. It beat all the non Dido options against rallies and does about the same against a swarming. Only downside is it needs full inf.

Jadwiga/Jan zizka is criminally underrated. Been using it since zizka came out and it's a monster much better than Jan Hera vs. any rally with no swarm for certain.

I feel like, Bertand and Nevsky, Nevsky primary to reduce defense and then Bertand to deal the damage, but I feel like you could flip them around, obviosly, both have a lot of stats and damage to one target so I feel like this will be a counter against Dido, although, it might be a close one, not like a total smash, because Dido x Heraclius is absoultely killer pair, but Nevsky bertand should be a good counter, or Joan, but definetly not Attila or Takeda, you need damage not the things they provide, MAYBE, BIG MAYBE, I am intrested in Bertand or Nevsky paired with Chandragupta, but I don't think it would work as well as Nevsky and Bertand, or Moneymonto, but Nevsky primary Bertand secondary or flip it around, they'll do great, it'll be revive for Cav rallies, cuz META was Tariq and Sargon or Pakal for secondary, but archers counter Infnatry and Infnatry rallies now get smashed by Dido, Attila Takeda is way outdated and Gilgameash was good for Zenobia back then, now I fell like garrisons got a revive with Hera and Dido, Ziźka, Flavius... but yeah, some next Cavalry commander will smash them probably, but yeah, I really want to see Bertand back in the rally game with Nevsky they can rally nicely so I am waiting for testing.
Edit: Also big maybe, I feel like there are some person that would do Nevsky and Saladin for rallies, debuff and a bit of damage, some stats, relic, fell like it could really bring life to Saladin, Bertand and Nevsky, probably not Moneymonto idk why, but yeah, I can't wait for testing to see those pairings

Flavius/Sargon. Only 2 elements from sargons skills dont apply in a garrison scenario. The 10% def and the march speed.

Combine that with both commanders using stackable effects on the enemy rally = big damage

hey chis, nice vid :) we just finished kvk HA and from our view, dido/zhuge is the best garrison with the downsite, that you have to guarantee archers only. but if you can, it outperformces dido/hera :) dido/hera is just easier to fill with mixed troops

It is starting to get so impossible to keep up with the meta....finally at the point where you can start working on something...then you gotta stop and work on something else because it just became irrelevant....annoying
