My Fitness program (TRU Motivated Fitness) is all about Health and Fitness Training in order to give people the body and fitness tips they need. I started doing fitness training because I wanted to help people lose weight, get in shape and stay in shape (Get Fit Stay Fit) is the motivation I give to people that are really serious about getting in shape. I also give people a diet plan that they can get on If they're looking to burn calories and get toned up.
