The disappearance of Bibi (NOTE: this is the ORIGINAL Bibi-- read the description, please)

I've been noticing some people STILL miss the description, so I will just state this.

The Bibi featured in this video is not the same Bibi featured in Quan's videos. Both are abusive in their own ways, both are exceptionally insidious, and both are located in Vietnam (not in Indonesia, despite what the person in this video wanted once people to think. But it seems he's dropped the pretense altogether.)

Who is this person running this channel? Well, we're gonna call him "B" for now. This channel once fooled a lot of people by "B" seemingly taking care of Bibi. The videos were once focused on a semi-naturalistic setting, often featuring a goat. Soon though the monkey was brought in-doors and it interacted with other animals: ducklings, cats, dogs, birds. Along with "B" seemingly enjoying her company. But that would soon change, as the stage for this channel's transition was already set. With each passing day, the videos became less and less natural, and soon transitioned to the monkey performing in these colorful sets, along with childish music and sound effects playing throughout. All the while, Bibi was slowly getting older.

Enter another baby stumptail, a male, whose hands were shaking like a leaf. He couldn't have been older than a couple weeks old, yet his hands were already shaking so much. He was obviously terrified of the man behind the camera, all the while "Bibi" took a role of a sister to him. This continued for quite a while, until the fateful day where BiBi just vanished. "B" tried to pass off the new stumptail as Bibi in a few videos, but people were starting to think "hey, this isn't Bibi, it's too small!". Comments were disabled, and "B" had to put out this damage control that Monkey Sentinel here soundly debunked. This marked the first time a few people started actually questioning this channel.

But this wasn't enough. While some of the viewers might've stopped, this channel operates unabated to this day. And this wouldn't be the first attempt at a damage control done by this man. After a few months, he released two videos: "Bibi Go Home" and "Bibi is better". And recently, these videos have gone private.

I can only hope the man behind this channel finally faces justice for what he's done.

Revolt in progress at the Monkey Bibi channel (Bibi II). Quan exposed as an exploiter of Bibi, now accepted by half of the viewers and subscribers. Quan disappeared for a week without explanation. Bibi left with the nanny in a rural retreat with no toys, little food, and trapped indoors with nothing to do because of constant rain. Many folks unsubscribing. Lots of them think Bibi is going to be dumped soon. Quan turned off comments in latest video because of criticisms.

Something i noticed about the bibi today the one with dad. His face color looks red at times, sometimes with red bruises. Today i unsubbed but did look one more time how dad was trying to get him to sleep and he seemed insecure, i wondered what they do with bibi when cameras were off... thats how i found your video.

I feel sick to my stomach watching the Bibi and Bibi family videos. It's obvious they are staged and lately at the poor monkeys expense. How do we help

Pleased to see a channel that posts the truth. It's great that you posted it in print above the lies of the monkey abuser.

Mother monkeys are not particularly good parents yes I believe many babies are poached from their parents but the genuine abandoned monkeys what happens to them if they are not rescued? IMO mothers do not want an oversupply of male monkies in the troop because I've noticed a disproportionate ratio of baby male monkies to females rescued.

I'm guilty of watching these videos that I did not know that it was harming them. I'm going to stop watching them. I have watched the Vervet Forest before so I will go back to watching them. Thank you for bringing this too light for me.

I suspect the producers of the Bibi II videos are using menthol to simulate crying by the Macaque. According to the U.S. National Institutes of Health, 'The shedding of emotional tears is a solely human feature, as non-human animals do not generate tears to express emotions, though they do display their emotional state in other ways.' Simulated tears are created by actors using the following methods:

(1) Menthol Stick - More often than you would think when an actor needs to cry actual tears they will use something called a tear stick. This is basically a lipstick made of menthol and camphor. An actor will rub the stick underneath their eyes shortly before they need to cry and the menthol/camphor fumes will stimulate tears. Actors also use menthol spray to produce tears.
(2) Tear Blower - A cousin to the classic menthol stick, the tear blower is a useful device designed to create a direct stream of air that can be pointed at your eye. Similar to menthol sticks, most brand-name tear blowers feature menthol crystals to help automatically trigger tears. Some popular options include the Krylon 3000 Tear Blower and Nigel Beauty’s Menthol Tear Blower. Both products are created by makeup brands specializing in film and fashion cosmetics.
(3) Eye Drops and Vaseline - Get yourself some lubricant eye drops and a tub of petroleum jelly. Rub a thin layer of petroleum jelly on your bottom eyelids and just under both eyes. This will give them a wet and glazy look, creating the impression that you have just undergone a heavy bout of crying. Then, when it’s time to roll camera, place two to three eye drops in the inside corner of both your eyes. Squeeze your eyes shut, blink a few times, and voila! Automatic tears!

I believe the producers are using menthol spray on Bibi whenever they wish to make him cry in an emotional scene such as whenever that p o s Quan leaves the house for one of his fake 'business trips'. Menthol also causes redness or irritation at the application site.

The old channel had millions of views of "Bibi" riding a remote controlled car and picking fruit, or playing with ducks and a dog. I had no idea how it all really works. YT is flooded with the same type of monkeys. Geez.

As soon as the "Aliens" take over this planet soon, WE will become their darling little 'monkey pets'....lol

I read your description and regardless of which Bibi you are talking about, I didnt actually see any proof of your accusations, this is particularly true for the current Bibi who definitely resides in Vietnam not Indonesia. If you have evidence, I'd like to hear about it.

Thanks for this, I was obsessed with Bibi but when I noticed she didn't look the same, things were different, I stopped watching. I did ask the YT creator what was going on but never got a satisfactory answer and decided to unsubscribe and stop watching the channel altogether, heartbreaking

I would only watch this channel I didn't trust it to begin with so I only watched one channel now I'm heartbroken I thought this man really loved bibi

i asked him what happens when the macq gets to about 3 yrs old and starts biting the kids. what would they do no answer . probably sell to lab testing

When my sister and I watched some of the Bibi videos, we thought something was wrong with the guy taking care of Bibi. It is not normal for someone to devote so much time and attention to an animal. we did not think what he was doing with Bibi was cute.

When we saw a video of Bibi as a baby, he said that he needed to be held the way he would have been held with its mother. We do not believe in taking babies from their mothers.

I rolled my eyes so hard when they started talking about their “monkey license”. The fact that this is in English and is targeted to ignorant westerners, the fact that this guy put a built in excuse for why the monkey will disappear one day, just boils my blood. And that damn sappy guitar music… and great job feeding the monkey on only the finest candy and lychee gel snacks.

I can't believe the amount of people that live their life round this Bibi monkey ,praying for it,sending love to the family which by the way I call the Rent A Kids as they only pop up now and then, everyone is making up their minds about who is mum,baby sitter, nanny,what monkey dad does for a living ,apparently he owns a cafe? Sounds like someone is jealous that Bibi is loved and cared for. It is obvious in their videos. Yours however just accuses instead of proof. Just posting your own feelings. Jealousy gets you no where

i have noticed the owner of Bibi is extremely manipuliative and abusive person. Also the monkey is forced to walk on 2 feet, is submissive etc. now he is profitting from old videos of Bibi.

These are wild animals. They are not physically or mentally designed to be house pets. Yes. Animals die in the wild. But leave them where God put them in their natural habitat. You can't make a child out of a monkey.

People also need to know that yearly income in canmbodia about 1600 year; thailand 3700 and vietnam 2400. So here is question: if you had a commodity that in one month or week was equal to the yearly salary of people in your country, how would you treat that commodity. Added to that you have to get others to value that commodity. So, go figure. A cute, talented little tyke that is often beaten into submission, followed around by a camera showing cute antics with you saying: i love you beannue, i take good care of beannie, i cook and shop for beannie, beannie love dad, beannie miss dad, dad change beannie diaper, dad give beannie bath, beannie cry for dad. And finally, i found abandoned beannie under a tree, in a stream, along the trail. He was hurt and i patched him up. Look what a wonderful marvelous loving dad i am.

Once they’re not tiny and ‘cute’ anymore, and their ability to draw the maximum viewership and $$$ begins to fail, they become a liability. (Just check out the comments. Viewers aren’t shy about voicing their hatred for or boredom with a baby once it’s more than 6 months old. One woman, in particular, will bring in a tiny infant monkey when her ‘Star’ monkey starts to grow out of the infant stage. She then torments the older monkey by making it watch while she lavishes attention on the new infant. When the older monkey attempts to interact with her, she ignores it or pushes it away. She either stands back and watches, or leaves the room entirely, while the older monkey takes out its frustration on the infant. The result among the viewers? Instant hatred of the older monkey. This makes for fewer questions and loss of viewers, when the former Star disappears entirely.) Most of the time, the monkeys don’t even reach an age where they become difficult to control before their owners dump them. Most of the monkeys in the infamous ‘monkey park’ have been abandoned by their owners because they are no longer of any use to their owners as a ’meal ticket’.

Okay I just read further and see who you are and it's not monetized I can respect that better. How do you know they've killed babies monkeys? Have they died perhaps in captivity etc
