Y’all, there is nothing that cop could do. There are way too few mental facilities, too many patients, & too little funding. He cannot take that man to rehab, the dr, anybody. He definitely doesn’t sound too sad about it, but he literally can’t help that dude beyond giving him numbers and locations to shelters. There are thousands of homeless people just like this and cops are used to break up their camps, that’s it.
