Why Do People Say Sheesh And Point At Their Arms?

The main part I don't get about this meme is why did people find it funny in the first place?
It's just odd (to me at least) how funny trending memes start from something either not funny and or downright dark.

Ik this was 2 years ago. I hate my generation. I'm a Gen X. When I was in 11th grade I've been hearing so many students act like this and being annoying with this stupid "SHEEEEESH" and then 🤚👈 they point at their arm. And I'm like "wtf are you doing". AND AS OF RIGHT NOW THEY STILL USE IT! I hate being born as a Gen X cause now we have to deal with these annoying ass Gen Z immature people 😒

Sheesh has been around since the mid 80's.

I believe sheesh is the rare kind of meme that has transcended its meme status and became part of urban slang / internet lingo.

In my experience, the cringe factor (exaggerated delivery) has waned and sheesh became simply an expression of disbelief, esp in the language of esports

E.g a esports player makes an amazing display of micro, outplaying a gank or surviving with 1 hp. Or someone in football just performed a magical goal. It's sheeshable and viewers would just sheesh in disbelief, disgust, amazement, or all of them
